Question	—	Could a tower be built in the mid-Atlantic? How? I have an organization that I want to have some kind of HQ without being in a country. I was reminded of Sealand (Thanks Joel), those platforms off the coast of the UK. I want something similar, basically a really tall tower in the Atlantic, out in the deep sea.
