Would it, in theory, be possible to get a planet like Mars's inner core spinning by crashing another planet or moon into it? I'm not sure if enough heat would be generated, but this might be a simplest way to get Mars' Magnetic field going, by crashing a large body into it (perhaps Ceres?) - and, I realize the entire idea is bonkers/crazy.
