toilet for mermaid?

I want to know what kind of toilet design for mermaid is, considering they live surrounded by water and they poop through the anus (or whatever the organs name is) that located in the front rather than the rear side.

• I want to know toilet design for mermaid, so comment or answer that just say that they dont use such thing and poop wherever they want is out of this question,because to me its just ditching the question.

• Im considering the spaceship toilet kind/type, but Iam not sure can it work or hygiene enough or safe enough if it surrounded by water, and theres also the nonconventional body or anatomy of mermaid to consider.

• and if it have side effect or different design if its in sea water or plain water please also include it.

• and if possible include image to help imagine it better.
