is it possible for biological creature to spew/breath explosion instead?

i want to make my dragon spew/breath explosion mix with the gizzard stone fragments/shrapnel rather than common fire breath like a flamethrower but more like a shotgun.

so is there any explosion chemical that can be reproduce biologically and safely contain into the biological creature internal organs? (i mean something like gunpowder explosion not hot water jet like bombardier beetle or from pure pressure/ muscle contract, al though i dont exclude liquid type of explosion) and if possible include the pros and cons/risk of such chemical to the dragon.

what kind of organs need to be developed or change to achieve it?

the dragon teeth can be retracted so the teeth wont get knock out. similar like Toothless from how to train your dragon

i also considering shark teeth growth like, if retracting the teeth is impossible anatomically or biologically, so at least the teeth can be knock into another sharp shrapnel with the gizzard stone without fear of become really Toothless.

or should i use the tongue like canon to spew or breath explosion instead?

or should i use mouth shape like canon or seahorse mouth instead? if i need to modified the mouth, please also provide likely food or way to eat for them (they are pure carnivore btw)
