How do I Create a Privacy Shield?

I don't trust anyone when I conduct my special line of business. I do my thing, face-to-face, verbally. I hand over a sealed envelope of cash and I'm done.

I don't want to be recorded, I don't want to be observed from a distance.

What I require is a portable device that can be constructed to contain two people which allows us to converse, but does not allow for anything electrical to work inside and doesn't allow recording/observation from outside.

This can be powered by a publically available power ducts.

This is future-based, so we're not restricted to modern-day 220/240 volts.

I will pay any price for my privacy.

Can this be done?
