What would a Vanadium-rich world look like?

On a world where Vanadium was the most abundant metal in the crust, with levels similar to Aluminium or Iron on Earth, would you expect to see unusual minerals and rock formations?

Massive overabundance of Vanadium on this world is kinda the simplest way I could come up with to explain a lot about the biology and technology, but I really don't know what the geological implications are.
